Booking & Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a deposit, as specified by the company. A full refund will be provided if no hotel reservations have been made and the tour has not been officially confirmed through email, message, WhatsApp, phone call, or any other communication method. Once hotel bookings are finalized and the tour is confirmed, service charges and any additional costs will apply as per company policy.
Payment Terms
Full payment must be completed prior to the start of the tour. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, online payment platforms, or any other method specified by the company.
Advance Deposit
– A 20% deposit of the total trip cost is required to secure the booking.
– If the tour is cancelled after the deposit is paid and all bookings are confirmed, 50% of the 20% deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy
Refund Eligibility:
- 30 days or more before departure: If you cancel the tour at least 30 days before the departure date, a full refund of your deposit or advance payment will be made. (Bank and transfer charges will be deducted from the refund.)
- 12 days before departure: Eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount.
- No Refund for Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 12 days of departure are non-refundable, and full payment will be required.
Tour Postponement
Tour postponements made up to 10 days before the scheduled start date will not incur additional charges. However, final costs may vary based on hotel availability and any changes in room rates at the time of rebooking.
Deposit and Payment Fees:
Guests are responsible for all payment-related fees, including online transfer charges, bank fees, card processing fees, and any other transaction costs. Payments made using cards will incur an additional bank processing fee ranging from 3.5% to 5%.
Non-Refundable Flight Tickets: Flight tickets issued for the tour are non-refundable once issued. Any applicable refunds or changes are subject to the airline’s policies and conditions.
Tour Alterations: The company reserves the right to alter or modify tour itineraries, accommodation, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control.
Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for ensuring their fitness and health adequacy for the tour. Any health conditions or dietary requirements must be communicated to the company before the tour.
Travel Insurance: It is recommended that participants obtain travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accidents, and loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
Liability: The company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred by participants during the tour. Participants are advised to take precautions and act responsibly during activities.
Responsibility: Participants understand and acknowledge the inherent risks involved in wildlife safaris and agree to comply with safety instructions provided by guides or tour operators.
Force Majeure: The company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.
Privacy: Personal information provided during booking will be used solely for tour-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
